Formed in 2004, the primary function is:
- to provide comprehensive Health and Safety advice and information to our clients
- to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act (1974)
Many companies do not have the necessary resources to employ a full time Health and Safety Representative, consequently the role becomes trivialised as part of other duties.
However, at this point, companies feel they, “ have done all they can.”
With ongoing legislative changes, this may not be the case.
